Payment:
• We accept Paypal only and full payment is due immediately.
• Paypal allows you to pay by credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers and Paypal account balances.
• Shipping address must be the same as Paypal confirmation address, if not, please contact us to confirm.
Shipping:
• All confirmed paid orders will be processed and sent out within 2 business day. Items paid after 4:00 pm central time will ship out on the following business day.
• We ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship on the Weekends or on any Public Holiday. Orders Placed on the Weekend will Ship out Monday.
• Per Paypal Policy we cannot change any shipping addresses once they have been entered upon checkout. Please be sure when selecting your shipping address.
• Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
• We are not responsible for any delays that may occur during transit. - All items are sent out for delivery on time.
Return policy:
• Valid for only 30 days from payment
• If merchandise is defective, we will supply you with a replacement or your money back - no hassles!
• If the exact item is not available, we will substitute the item with a similar item of equal or greater value.
• Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. Item must be shipped back in new condition and properly packed.
• Item/order number and email address is required for all returns.
